Our Mission

To communicate in a way that makes a significant difference in our world and in the lives of every person that we touch. To make a difference by helping others communicate more effectively.

LAMA is based on the Intention to “Create a Safe Environment” and communication is a function of intention.  When people learn to create a safe environment in any relationship with others, a new level is now open to sincerely care for our customers.   People have a phenomenal capacity when given the opportunity to learn.  We have the capability to show others that they can open up communication with kindness, to a conversation that is safe, warm and friendly… because it is the true nature of people.

Our LAMA Training opens up this way of thinking.  When we teach the LAMA, we build a foundation based on Intention and Relationship.  Many training programs include cleverness and common “tricks of the trade,” versus sincere and true communication.  The LAMA Training offers a different approach.  It’s the Platinum Rule: treat people how they want to be treated.  Our trainees love this approach and are eager to apply it in their daily conversations.

Authentic, Natural and Organic Communications

LAMA is a true communication skill for all generations.  It’s organic and based on “Letting Go of Our Judgments.”  When we can think differently, let go of our judgments and say “there is another way of thinking about this person or customer” then true communication can begin because it is safe. We want to teach the world to speak in perfect communication.  This is our mission.

LAMA is a “How-To” or a set of rules and words that explain what to say and how to say it when you want to guide a conversation.  We take the stand that the “customers want to be right and smart whenever they talk to us.”  Our trainees learn to “never to make customers feel wrong or stupid.” It’s easy to learn and people never forget it!


Our Mission is to “wake up” the world with LAMA.  It’s a new way to:

L – Listen for the emotional needs of the customer.

A – Acknowledge what you hear with empathy and understanding, so that the other person knows you heard and understood what they said.

M – Make a Statement about what you heard or what you want to add to the conversation.

A – Ask a Question to guide the path of this exchange of words and phrases that keeps the communication safe.
